Facts that we all know about working out. It's a chore, it's time consuming, it can be painful. There are so many more amazing things it provides. When I have a good workout routine going I feel energized, strong, sexy, healthy and just all around satisfied with things. It's when I'm lazy that I feel out of whack.
Getting back in to an exercise regimen has got to be one of the most mentally and physically challenging goals. Your body is never prepared, you can't dive back in at a full sprint and you are aware of the physical pain you'll be enduring for the next few weeks.
That said... No one else is going to take care of your body for you an it's really not THAT time consuming. You need to make time for working out and make it a priority and you'll be surprised how after awhile everything else seems to fit as well.
I write this as I am on the elliptical... I have gym ADD and forgot my headphones so there's no way I'm gettig in an hour on here without something. (Angry Birds was too difficult and sucks up the battery)
Those of u making excuses... Figure out what it is that's keeping you from the gym and solve it. 1) where do I start? Well getting there is one, then hop on a cardio machine for the first few times and do some stretching. 2) google the iternet for some beginners weight lifting routines at www.bodybuilding.com and get it on paper.
No worries on bringing magazines and notebooks to the gym... Regardless of why you think... No one at the gym is paying attention to you... Their too concerned with either their workouts or what people are saying about them.
Get your workout on! Make it a priority.
Ps if words are spelt wrong I don't care... I'm on the elip. It's lucky I got this much done. Ya I'm that girl!
